Abstract: |
Desk-based assessment of the proposed small scale development within the grounds of Crowe Hall, a Grade II listed building possessing gardens included in the Register of Parks and Gardens of Historic Interest, identified that it was likely that there had previously been buildings on the application site prior to the 19th century and that the application area had always served as a service area, containing sheds and greenhouses.
