Abstract:		 With the exception of clay filled and stone-lined field drains, which occurred in most trenches, the evaluation produced mainly negative results. Two trenches did however contain some archaeology, demolition rubble was recovered in trench 1 (19th century in date) and two parallel ditches (probably 19th century or later field boundaries) were recorded in Trench two.
