Abstract:
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during the construction of a residential development. During ground-works several dumps containing post-medieval pottery representing dumped waster material were located. Sheep bones, possibly indicating the presence of the tanning industry were also recovered. Other finds included walls demarcating property boundaries. [Au(abr)]
