Abstract: |
Further excavations on the site revealed evidence for a planned medieval boundary system, an area of medieval industrial activity and post-medieval occupation. Of those the most significant was the widespread evidence for in situ ironworking in the medieval period. Excavations also revealed the remains of a 17th century building and well, and three 19th century buildings. [AIP] |
