Abstract: |
Positive linear anomalies to the east of Yarborough Camp consisted of rectilinear enclosures with internal subdivisions. A further rectilinear enclosure was located to the northwest of this site with dimensions of at least 250mx120m and may have been associated with it. The survey area also contains many positive linear and area anomalies that were of uncertain origin but which may have been caused by a response to soil formations associated with periglacial features formed during the Pleistocene.
