Abstract: |
A watching brief was carried out on 14 test pits over a 240m stretch of a culvert. The work established that the culvert had been partially destroyed by the Baths and washhouse and the Tollgate car park. The culvert was found to be of inconsistent construction, utilising variable techniques and building materials. [Au(abr)] |
