Abstract: |
A visual inspection and desk based assessment was undertaken on the site, the former Plymouth Borough Prison. The structure of the building was recorded and dated to the late post-medieval and modern periods. Within the grounds of the building the site of the Civil War Holiwell Redoubt were located using cartographic and documentary evidence. [AIP] |
