Abstract: |
The proposed development site was situated on the medieval street front of the suburb of St Thomas, where previous excavations had revealed significant urban occupation from the 12th century. Archaeological sites along the street had not been adversely affected by later developments, the chances of the survival of significant archaeological remains below the site were high. [Au] |
