Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out at a proposed development site which lay in close proximity to the previous findspot of Palaeolithic flint axes. A Saxon cemetery had been excavated 1500m from the site. Three trenches were excavated during the evaluation, but no archaeological features were located. It was concluded that no further work would be necessary.[AIP] |
