Abstract: |
<summary>A desk-top assessment was made of a site which lay within an area designated as Metropolitan Open Land. The site bordered a medieval and post-medieval Scheduled Ancient Monument, a moated manor house which had been converted into the Harrow Museum. The site, Headstone Manor, was the only known surviving moated manor in the London Borough of Harrow. It was concluded that a series of test-pits or trial-trenches should be excavated. {italon}AIP{italoff}{spacea} |
