Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out at the proposed site of a block of flats. Flint tools had been found at several locations within a 500m radius of the site. Two trenches were excavated, and the walls of two 18th century cellars were recorded. No finds or features of an earlier date were noted. It was concluded that future monitoring would be necessary only in one particular area of the site. [AIP] |
