The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 The assessment was carried out ahead of proposed development of the 14ha site. As part of this work, historic maps, aerial photographs and the Milton Keynes SMR were consulted. To the south, just outside of the study area, a series of Roman ditches and pits were located during road construction and a metal detector survey recovered Roman finds and pottery. There was therefore a possibility that archaeological deposits of Roman date may have extended into the southern part of the study area, but it was not possible to define this more precisely from the available information.
