Abstract: |
The evaluation showed that the service wing of the early 19th century hall survived from floor level and probably occupied a substantial proportion of the site. No evidence of the earlier hall was found. Several sherds of Iron Age hand-made pottery and struck flints were recovered but there was no evidence of accompanying features. [Au(adp)] |
