Abstract:
The assessment identified that the site has had no statutorily protected sites and most of the structures present were of 19th century or later date. The East Wharf was constructed in 1861-2 and the harbour itself was a result of at least 200 years of continuous development. However, buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest were in close proximity to the site. [Au(abr)]
