Abstract: |
Two machine excavated trenches revealed evidence for activity on the site dating from the early medieval period through to the middle of the 20th century. The earliest activity comprised a rubbish pit and linear feature in the evaluation trenches, with the former containing large quantities of medieval pottery, animal bone and oyster shell.[Au(adp)] |
