Abstract: |
The evaluation revealed a large post-medieval feature situated close to the property frontage, which may have been a gravel or brickearth pit, and a north-south aligned post-medieval ditch near to the present back boundary of the property. One small post-medieval pit and one undated pit were also located. A circular modern brick structure, filled with brick rubble was also revealed. No deposits belonging to the medieval period or earlier were found. [Au(adp)] |
