Abstract:		 Eleven archaeological trenches were excavated as an evaluation, with a further five 'speculative' trenches thereafter. The proposed development area was located within an area of known archaeological potential. Artefactual remains dating to the Late Bronze Age/Early Iron Age were recovered which it was suggested came from a domestic settlement context. No building remains were recorded during the course of the evaluation. [AIP]
