Abstract: |
A small evaluation on the south-west corner of Thorney Island to record and recover samples of a previously identified peat was undertaken. The peat layer was radio carbon dated to the Late Bronze Age-Iron Age period. The presence of a number of substantial 17th century buildings was noted. [Au(abr)] |
