Abstract: |
47 trial trenches were excavated following the granting of outline planning permission for the residential development of the site. Two linear features were investigated but could not be dated; a third contained Roman greyware pottery and probable modern metal finds from a fill of redeposited natural. It was thought that these Roman sherds were residual finds. [Au(adp)] |
