Abstract:		 A fieldwalking survey was undertaken to establish whether archaeological deposits, represented by surface finds, lay within an area which had the potential to be developed. Bronze Age activity had previously been identified to the west, and Iron Age to the east. An area totalling 20.01ha was surveyed and a small assemblage of Late Neolithic flint was recovered, this assemblage was found to be concentrated within two distinct areas suggesting possible activity associated with Colwell Brook.
