Abstract: |
Trenching for a replacement water main was initially monitored but work resumed unmonitored after an interruption. A modern sewer trench was seen in the trench face, backfilled with dense roof tile fragments. The tiles may have been derived from an unknown post-medieval brickworks waste heap in the close vicinity. [Au] |
