Abstract: |
Archaeological observation of foundation trenches to the south-west of the 17th century and later Harbury House, on a site within the medieval village, revealed no medieval or earlier remains. The earliest features recorded were two undated but pre-19th century stone wall foundations. A series of later brick foundations belonged to former outbuildings shown on 19th century maps.
