Abstract: |
Four trenches were opened on development land between Cherry Tree Lane and Winston Road. References in the Suffolk Record Office and SMR suggested that there was potential for archaeological material on the site, from a wide chronological span, including inhumation burials, and medieval occupation along the edge of Cherry Tree Green. However, no evidence of any activity or occupation on the site was identified. [Au] |
