Abstract: |
Features found included two medieval pits and the medieval town ditch infilled in the 17th century. A cess pit and stone chamber relating to the use of the site by the Ashmolean Museum was revealed. Two possible metalled surfaces may also have been consolidation layers due to the slumping of the town ditch fill. [Au(adp)] |
