Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	Six trial trenches were excavated as an evaluation prior to the site's redevelopment for housing. No archaeological deposits were encountered. Natural deposits of gravel and chalk were found across the site but had undergone considerable truncation.
