Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was maintained during the excavation of footing trenches for two new properties at 153 Maidstone Road, Borough Green, Kent. One possible ditch was noted during the excavation of the service trenches. Deposits relating to the demolition of the property that had previously occupied this plot were noted during the excavation of the footing trenches. No other finds or features of archaeological significance were revealed during the excavations. [Au]
