Abstract: |
The evaluation revealed that a great deal of material had been dumped in the mid-late 2nd century A.D.. The source was probably a demolished Roman structure, and this may well have been nearby. It seems that a later Roman structure was built on the raised ground and its remains were robbed out in the medieval period.[AIP] |
