Abstract: |
Archaeological monitoring observed plough furrows of presumed medieval date across the site. A ditch and gully along the western side may have represented boundary features of a medieval or post-medieval date. 19th and 20th century disturbance comprising shallow coal and clay spreads and two gullies were evident in the southwest part of the site. These features may have related to modern levelling/drainage to the site. [Au(adp)] |
