Abstract:		 The investigations reveal that numerous finds dating form the Paleolithic, Mesolithic, Roman and medieval periods occur throughout the general area. Medieval settlement remains are evidence particularly to the east of the application site. It is likely further archaeological investigation in the form of trial trenching will be required to mitigate the effects of the development proposals. [Au(adp)]
