Abstract: |
The trial trench evaluation revealed archaeological features of probable late Bronze Age/ Early Iron Age date. These comprised a number of pits, post holes, a ditch and a gully; all cut into the same deposit. Finds included pottery, struck flint, animal bone and daub; all abraded due to the possible movement of water through the deposit. Environmental samples were also taken. [Au(adp)] |
