Abstract: |
<summary>The excavation of three trial-trenches was observed within the existing yard area of the development site. Although no structures of medieval date were identified, rubbish pits and boundary ditches revealed indicated that such structures were probably located close by. The features identified were interpreted as representing pits within the backyards of buildings which stood on the street frontage during the Medieval period. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
