Abstract: |
Monitoring of the excavation of the foundation trench systems revealed a sequence of deposits relating to the medieval and post-medieval periods. Two east to west aligned linear ditches of 18th and 19th century date and a probable chalk wall foundation appear to have been heavily truncated by 20th century garden works in the central area of the site.
