Abstract: |
The evaluation was carried out in advance of the development of a swimming pool and terrace. A small ditch of possible medieval date was located, orientated east-west across the approximate centre of the area. No trace of buildings noted on early documents were found, leading to the assumption that they were perhaps flimsy wooden structures. [Au(adp)] |
