Abstract: |
The graveyard survey was undertaken prior to the proposed redevelopment of the site. The chapel was constructed in 1858 and was in use for 130 years. The arrangement of the graveyard was considered in terms of the chronology of the burials and the constitution of family groups. The period of greater use of the graveyard was also established. The graveyard comprised a total of 46 known burials. The cultural aspect of the choice of names was covered and the background of the families whose burial had been recorded was given. [Au(abr)] |
