Abstract: |
The assessment was undertaken prior to the proposed erection of 10 new dwellings, the conversion of one barn to a dwelling, the replacement of two barns for conversion to dwellings and the demolition of the existing agricultural buildings. Areas of known and potential archaeological significance including the existing standing buildings on the site had been studied. The study of the available sources indicated that there might have been archaeological remains on the site dating to the medieval period, which included a possible moat. [Au(adp)] |
