Abstract:		 Extensive deposits of late 20th century made ground were identified across the site. Archaeological levels were only recorded in one trench where remains of the medieval priory/manor house walls were located. Extrapolation of borehole data, correlated with the evaluation results, suggested that over the remainder of the site archaeological levels were likely to have been destroyed, with additional truncation of natural alluvium/gravels in places.
