Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out at the proposed site of industrial units. Mesolithic flints, an iron age settlement and Roman features and artefacts had been found in the area. During the evaluation, mesolithic worked and burnt flints were recovered. A single sherd of possible iron age pottery was also found. It was concluded that no further archaeological work would be necessary. [AIP] |
