Abstract: |
Archaeological recording was undertaken during the construction of a new extension. Many burials of different periods were recovered, including 18th-19th century coffin furniture and fittings. Early medieval dates were suspected for may other burials. The original boundary of the churchyard was represented by a boundary ditch. Two sherds of Roman pottery indicated some activity in this period. [Au(abr)] |
