Abstract: |
An earthwork survey was undertaken across the site as part of the Norfolk Earthworks Survey. The site consisted of an E-shaped moat, with the central arm having the remains of a bridge, and all three arms with signs of infill. To the east was an irregular raised area which was the site of the hall, on which only parchmarks extending from the bridge and a small concrete base indicated part of the outline, these were thought to be of outbuildings.
