Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation revealed natural clay cut by an eighteenth or nineteenth century brick wall. A second building was represented by a corner. A 'French' drain contained a lower full of broken tile dated c. 1630-1915. The remaining context included two post-medieval pits and a layer of dumped sand. It was recommended that there was no need for any further archaeological considerations of the site. [Au(adp)] |
