The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 An evaluation was carried out at a proposed development site. A neolithic canoe and numerous bronze age artefacts had been recorded in the surrounding area, and the line of a Roman road bordered the site. Settlement in the area had been documented since the late 9th century. No archaeological deposits were encountered during the evaluation, and it was concluded that no alterations to the proposed foundation designs would be necessary. [AIP]
