Abstract: |
The archaeological evaluation of the land at Luther Challis Business Park consisted of seven trenches. Evidence of post-medieval cultivation of the site was encountered in five of the trenches in the form of shallow linear gullies. Footings of 19th century farm buildings were also uncovered, as well as a back filled stream channel. No earlier deposits of archaeological significance were uncovered. [Au(abr)] |
