The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 During observation of the hand excavation of the basement of the site for residential development, some archaeological deposits were monitored. A layer of black ash containing some domestic and industrial waste was dumped on the marsh at presumably the same time as the construction of the building, dated to the mid-17th century by the finds. Some 18th century paving indicated the flooring of the basement, and alterations occurred after this. [Au(abr)]
