Abstract: |
Archaeological investigations at Moss Carr Wood revealed the remains of what may have been an interrupted enclosure ditch, along with two possible post holes. The only secure dating evidence was a piece of Iron Age pottery recovered from the primary fill of a ditch, but due to the fragmented nature of the evidence recovered, no firm conclusions could be reached regarding the date, function or morphology of the site.
