Abstract: |
The fieldwalking confirmed the overall impression of the desk-top survey. The majority of material was post-medieval, though the Romano-British material indicated a possibility of activity outside the nearby Romano-British enclosure. The geophysical survey indicated evidence for possible human activity in only two areas. Field drains and possibly kiln structures were suggested explanations.[AIP] |
