Abstract: |
The evaluation identified the survival within the development area of a substantial square ditch, which most probably represented a moated house site of medieval date. No firm structural evidence was found for a contemporary building within the interior although two truncated post holes were observed, one of which contained a fragment of 14th-15th century roof tile.[Au(abr)] |
