Abstract: |
Concerns a group of house structures, a kerb-cairn, and field systems, and the related environmental information. Clearance began c 2700 bc; the three houses date respectively about 2500, 2200, and 1400 bc, and the field system was laid out contemporary with the early house. Decorated pottery, hulled barley. Some regeneration and re-clearance occurred. A clearance cairn was remodelled into a kerb cairn as the last act before peat growth began about 200-300 ad. Artefacts could be Meso or Neo. |
