Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was conducted on the excavation of foundation trenches for a new building adjacent to 1 Hungerford Drive, Maidenhead, Berkshire, (NGR) SU 8803 8323. Four trenches were archaeologically monitored and both topsoil and subsoil were displayed overlying the natural gravels. No archaeological features or deposits were observed.
