Abstract:		 A programme of archaeological works was required by Montagu Evans LLP ahead of a leisure development on a greenfield site at Kingsfield Farm, Linlithgow. AOC Archaeology was commissioned to undertake an 8% archaeological evaluation. The evaluation, consisting of 124 trenches totalling 8800 m2, was conducted between 18th and 22nd June 2007. Despite the presence of a series of pits and linear features identified from the aerial photographs, neither significant archaeological features nor artefacts were encountered.
