Abstract:		 Northamptonshire Archaeology carried out desk-based assessment and archaeological evaluation on 0.35h of land proposed for housing in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire. The development site was shown to have been subdivided from a larger plot sometime after 1950. No archaeology was present. However the remains of mid to late 20th century pits and trenches were observed.
